About the event
We will be hosting our 2nd Annual Pre-Collegiate Summit on April 20, 2019, at the Husky Union Building (HUB) Lyceum 8:30-12:30 pm (please see attached flyer). This will be a FREE event with the purpose of introducing high school students to the possibilities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) degrees, and career options. The event will include a keynote speaker, a college application workshop, an undergraduate and graduate student panel, interactions with professors and industry personnel, and laboratory tours. We hope to instill confidence and excitement, especially in women and minorities, in pursuing STEM-related fields!
