May was Mental Health Awareness month, so we were inspired to share resources for our community. During these crazy times, it is even more important to check-in with our mental health. Counseling Center: offers individual and group counseling, workshops, and other resources
Hall Health: both primary and mental healthcare available for students
LiveWell Center for Student Advocacy, Training, and Education: provides survivor support, peer health education, workshops & training, substance abuse info, student coaching, and suicide intervention
SafeCampus: anonymously discuss safety and well-being concerns
Disability Services Office: provides support to mitigate barriers to access throughout the university
